Cooling performance

It is determined by the ambient wet-bulb temperature that the higher the ambient temperature is, the higher the condensation temperature is. Generally, the use of water-cooled condenser, condensation temperature than ambient wet bulb temperature 5~7℃ around.

Temperature limit

No higher than 55 ℃, not less than 20 ℃. In general, water-cooled condensers are not recommended in areas where the ambient wet-bulb temperature exceeds 42 ℃. So whether to choose water-cooled condenser, first of all to confirm the ambient wet bulb temperature.

In general, when designing water-cooled ice-making machines, customers are required to provide the highest ambient wet-bulb temperature throughout the year. At the same time, when the ambient temperature of more than 50 ℃, also can not water cooled condenser, the cooling tower is prone to high temperature drying. The cooling towers must be used in case of shading protection.

Working principle

The refrigerant gas of high temperature and pressure is entered into the shell of the condenser by the inlet of the condenser. The cooling water pump will be extracted from the water tank of the cooling tower, through the inlet of the condenser to the right of the condenser into the tube process, with the condenser outside the copper tube of the refrigerant heat exchange, temperature rise, from the right side of the condenser out of the outlet, After the outlet, into the cooling tower of the inlet pipe, and then by the water outlet of the sprinkler pipe, evenly sprinkle on the filler, through the fan suction and the packing in the heat exchange, so that the water temperature will be reduced, the cooling waters stored in the cistern, to be reused.

High temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas in the condenser shell, with the cooler flow of cooling water heat exchange, temperature reduction, cold condensed liquid. The heat exchanger of the refrigerating unit is heat exchanged with water (heat exchange occurs in condensation), and the water is heat exchanged with the air (heat exchange occurs in the cooling tower).
